Hell no to Wade Phillips

Why?

Do you know what his record is in regular season?

Do you know how many winning seasons he's had?

Nick Saban has proven he is an excellent college and a terrible NFL coach. Same as "head ball coach" from South Carolina.

Stop with the fukking college coaches. We might as well just keep Rivera if we are gonna bring in a college coach.

I want Bruce Arians.

He has the colts at 8-4, well prepared and constantly focused; while dealing with a huge distraction (no dis-respect to Chuck Pagano, I really hope he stays cancer free). The loss of your head coach mid-way through the season is a huge blow to a team and a great reason for a team to go in the tank (especially one that is devoid of talent the way Indy is). Bruce Arians has took command of the team, put the game on Luck's shoulders, and has rallied that team and has them as a contender in the AFC (after a 2-14 year last year).

This Panther team is more talented than the Colts at almost every position (with arguments being made at a couple positions).

I don't care if he is a pass happy coach. The guy has been around solid QB play for quite some time.
