My birthday is on Christmas and it fuging sucks. I get forgotten about every year. Christmas sucks but having the whole family together and having good food is nice

Snow...lots of it.

Freezing temperatures that dip below 0 with the wind

Shoveling snow for hours only to have the city plows push more back onto my driveway

Cars sliding all over the road and driving 10mph everywhere

Losing power and high heating costs

I don't enjoy December in Maine.

I love christmas lights, my tree making the house smell like a forest, all the damned parties, wearing pimp ass sweaters, stop animation christmas shows, spiked cider

I agree with the eggnog.

I love getting together with family. Baking Cookies. Cooking delish food. The crisp cold air. The smell of fireplaces roaring and smoking chimneys. Cuddling on the couch with the pets and kid. Sitting next to a fire outside. Seeing my breath when I go outside first thing in the morning. Watching my dog hurry up and pee so she can hurry up and get back inside, it cracks me up every time. Wearing cozy sweaters. Wearing fleece.
