i bartend at a top-end hotel/business convention center that caters almost exclusively to business conferences, trade shows, vendor/distributor representations, etc. i don't get homeless drifters shifting through my doors; i'm serving fat businessmen who want a beer after dinner.

and as a bartender it's my legal responsibility to cut off anyone abusing alcohol, which i do, which kind of burns the underoos off your little argument there

So you tend to high end customers? They are different in respect to alcoholism because they are rich right?

You don't think that as soon as one of your high end customers leave your bar, they won't indulge in their personal stash? Alcoholism comes in many shapes and forms. Rich or poor.

What the hell is that? That is horrible looking. Also that 5.0 has about 40 less HP then my 2002. I have a 4.6. I know I fuged with someone when they added a pic of my favorite car to a homeless thread. Mustangs progress year by year by year .

nice red herring there champion. you're arguing on the patently false premise that my original argument was based around you giving alcohol to homeless people. which it wasn't. it was based on you saying one thing ("giving homeless people money is STUPID, they'll spend it on alcohol, and that just makes it worse!" and doing something else entirely ("hey, i gave a homeless guy something! BEER! at least i know where my money's going!")

a discussion about the morality of serving alcohol to people is debate worth having (and god knows i've had it with my religious family who's all but disowned me over it) but it doesn't pertain to this discussion in the slightest because there's zero room for the homeless portion of it (which is pretty fuging critical.) you literally just saw me say "beer" and thought "ooooh well phillyb serves beer so there has to be a connection somewhere" and just threw it at the wall

there are rules to lucid discourse, and if you can't follow rules and linear thought you're not gonna get it
