im in the minority, hell i might even be the only one but Rob Ryan is at the top of my list. Yes on paper his defenses have been inconsistent at times but I just get the overall feeling he has the "it" factor to be a very good HC. As ive said earlier, Chip Kelly seems to run a gimmicky, Chud on steroids offense. Im telling you, we will be sorry if we pass up on Rob Ryan
