Keith Butler is Lebeau's successor. Been planned...so it ain't happening as much as I'd want him to come here.

Lebeau doesnt appear to be retiring any time soon. Offer Butler a nice salary and DC position and he might come.

If Butler wont come then offer Wade Phillips right hand man (who ever that is)

Its hard for college guys to turn down a HC gig in the NFL. Thats like a once in lifetime opportunity for most. I think he would come, esp if the price was right.
