norv turner would be a hell of an offensive coordinator. AJ smith is nowhere near any of the short lists of candidates that are making the rounds. i don't think anybody is seriously "wishing" for them to come here as a HC/GM package either.

also richardson is nothing like jerry jones, a guy who loves the spotlight and fancies himself a general manager and/or coach.
