I'll say it again. I want Larry Fitzgerald.

If I had to choose between Jake Long and Fitz, I'd take Jake Long.

I don't know if you've watched Long this year, but before he had the season ending injury they have talked about how he hasn't been the same player in over a year and a half. He's not an elite LT. You don't want Long.

I would love to have him. Probably my favorite non panther.

I know this is a madden esque trade, but perhaps gross and a 2nd rounder would do it? Then we could pick up Luke Joeckel... and then I wake up

How about 2nd rounder this year, 2nd rounder the following year... conditional pick OR player they like....

It's not Madden esque... it's really not. Cardinals are going to need picks in those rounds more than an aging receiver. We are two teams headed in opposite directions. They need to build the cockpit for a future QB (they won't find him out there this offseason). 2nd round picks will do that.

Rather just outright sign Mike Wallace if he hits the market and lose 0 picks. If we miss out on Wallace then go to plan B

You can say it as many times as you want.

I just wouldn't put any hopes on it actually happening.

I'll say it again, shut the hell up bout Larry.
Man wants too much money.

Should've left back to play for his home town Minny but instead he chased the money.

I agree.
Plan A: Wallace
Plan B: Bowe
Plan C: Jennings
Plan D: 2013 Draft
Plan E: 2014 Draft (Lee, Watkins, Cooper)

Are you even taking into account the various aspects this would entail or do you think this is a game of Madden? The guy has a 120 million dollar contract. There are better and more financially reasonable options out there for a WR. I'm pretty sure we already have enough cap problems. Oh and as for Dwayne Bowe, DO NOT want.

The thought of you guys getting a real stud receiver to go with Smith is downright scary! I felt really bad for Arizona today. It is true, Larry Fitzgerald deserves better.
My team is blessed with 2 hard to cover receivers, in Vince Jackson and Mike Williams. And, an emerging star running back in Doug Williams. Josh Freeman is nowhere Near the QB Cam Newton is, but IMHO, you guys lack another big time receiver like Smith, who is not getting any younger.
It would be truly scary indeed, if you guys are able to land either Wallace of Larry Fitzgerald,

And with what cap space would we be able to acquire 1 of these 3 guys?

There's a lot of really good and young receiving talent out there to go for this guy. We don't need another old and very expensive vet and I certainly wouldn't trade picks for him.

I'd rather give Chad Johnson another chance if I wanted a vet. Smitty love him and are good friends, he would come cheap and I think he would fit in with the team's attitude. Showboating is A OK in Charlotte. Even though I hate it, I'm not being sarcastic. I can see it a good fit.

I never really got what the NFL's problem is with diva receivers, as long as they are not screwing up a team. Quaterbacks I can't stand, but I think receivers and TD celebrations make the game much more fun. Same for fat guys dancing after scoring a TD. That's just fun, imo.
