I don't want Saban.

Simply put I dont believe the things that make him a great college coach will translate to the NFL game very well.

What the hell is up with you people's fascination with college coaches? DO NOT WANT.

And Saban is the worst choice possible, the man is an arrogant dickhole who epically failed at the pro level, and who is the perfect embodiment of smarmy, whiny, bitchiness that is the Alabama fanbase. No f*cking way.

Saban would be three steps backwards IMO. Chip Kelly would make way more sense if you went college. I doubt Kelly would implement the same spread concepts in the NFL as a PRIMARY offense.

I do believe the Read Option and Pistol concepts are graeat as the changeup..

Living in Alabama I'd love it for the sole purpose of pissing off all the Tide fans.

But realistically heck no.

Dude's way of handling the players just doesn't work in the NFL, and Lombardi is like the Jon Gruden of GM's so heck no to that too.

Not no but hell no, the guy is a mediocre coach without his steady diet of 5-4 star recruits. At the end of the SEC championship game before the half he channeled his inner Ron Rivera and let the clock run almost run out with three timeouts. There are games when he is out-coached but his talent wins the day.Guy is way over hyped in the media.

Also you would think with his ability to recruit the way he does he could put together a great offense or an amazing QB to say the least. He would be here for 2-3 years before he would tuck tail and run back to college.

Personally, hell no. But on an interesting note I remember awhile ago hearing jason taylor on ESPN saying that saban was probably the best and most influential coach he had in Miami or something like that.
