In that situation, who would trade back?

The star players are all gone. No one is going to want to move all the way up to take someone that will be of equal value when they draft.

Is it possible to trade with St. Louis. they have two first round picks so im sure they could be a little more need based when it comes to picking. alot of mocks now have them wanting chance warmack, allen or reciever, or Vaccaro. could we trade down form 14 to 22 for their 3rd round pick?

I think Vacarro is going to shoot up draft boards soon. People seem to forget that the rookie pay scale makes drafting certain positions early in the draft much easier. Look at Barron last year. I prefer a DT in the first though.

I'd be surprised to see us select Vaccaro at 14; to say the least.

His stock may be on the rise but I doubt he will go top 20. He would be a serious reach at 14 and I think there will be better players on the board that can make a bigger impact on this team right away.

Although, if the reports that we wanted Barron at 9 last year are true, Rivera must be behind the idea that we need a safety. I just wish there was an Earl Thomas/ Eric Berry in this draft.

I like Kenny's athleticism and instincts and he is as physical as they come but I don't see him as a true ball-hawking safety and this defense needs takeaways. However, if CJ and Kraken continue to get after the QBs as they have been, that could go a long away towards helping him out. Vaccaro covers ground in the secondary and looks to be a sure tackler in the open field. He doesn't shy away from contact and next to Godfrey they would both be good in run support but we need someone who excels in coverage and I'm just not sure how he is in that regard.

If he was the pick, I'd support the pick and Kenny 100%.

No he definitely isn't worth taking at 14, he takes terrible angles and there are guys I'd much rather have in my last line of defense that we could get in the 2nd or 4th.

I like DJ Cambell back there. I feel ok with him. Would feel better with a big physical Safety with good speed and football IQ. I just think we need to go big men in the first round, be it offense or defense, we need first round line talent. We need to replace Gross, Edwards, and Maybe Hardy (ufa next year). We need a RG but I would look for one of those in free agency or 4-5th round. A RT would be great but I can live with Byron Bell. If you take a Safety in the first round you better be thinking Ed Reed/Sean Taylor good. Above all else, whomever we take needs to be a hit. The Kuechly pick was a home run simply because he's good. We need good football players.

Call him an OT on draft day if it will make folks feel better that they drafted oline, just make sure he is at the guard position when training camp comes

If not him then Vaccaro, Allen, Patterson, or Richardson i could live with as well.

Vaccaro is on the rise as I was listening to a scout rave about him being like an Earl Thomas/Eric Berry type guy who could fill in at Corner with fluid hips and agility. The radio host brought up Eric Reid and from what he saw he said theres a lot of false steps and he sometimes will hesitate to make the tackle if he is not in position to do the highlight/blow up tackle.

Two other prospects he loved and said have shot up to possible top 15 status were the LTs out of Oklahoma and Central Michigan. In one on one drillS they were just dominant.

Sometimes if the need is there and you have to have a guy you take him where your at.

Id like to have Vaccaro and we need him but he probally will not be there in the second. LT, WR, DT beast player availible agong those 3positions..if all are gone then Vaccaro would be a great play.

Fisher looks very physical out there. An automatic top10 pick.

For Vaccaro, I'm not a scout or expert but watching HL of his game vs Kent St and OSU, he's a very good coverage guy. Hes a solid tacklers when he does tackle but at times he takes very poor angles. Still he should be a top15

Wanna bet? The dude that made the ridiculous top 5 claims is the same dude that had Manti Te'o as his #1 pick this season and had Alameda Ta'amu in his top 10 all last season. Ta'amu isn't even on a team right now lol.

Vaccaro takes terrible angles and is a liability in coverage. He is extremely overrated due to this very weak safety class. There are much much much better value picks in the 2nd or 4th round where we are lookin for a safety. There are a handful of other safeties that I'd much rather have in my last line of defense.

Big name. Big school. Overrated.
