I've seen Keith Butler's name mentioned a few times around the board and thought I'd add this:
Butler denied head coaching interviews last year, so I think he'll be taking over for Dick Lebeau in the near future. If we could get him to be a HC that would be awesome but he isn't leaving Pitt unless its just that, a HC spot.

The only thing concerning me about Arians is his age. At 60, you have to wonder how many years of coaching he has left in him.
