We don't want McDaniel trading away Cam
and Kuechly. Our two young talents. (I.E., Cutler and Marshall)

No thanks. Dumbest idea ever.

I'd rather promote Pickles to HC than hire Kelly.
i seem to remember a similar feeling you had about a certain QB being drafted by us first overall. :)

You're 100% correct and I'm glad to have been wrong, but my concerns with Cam were mainly character related. With Kelly it's completely resume related.

I didn't want Pickles either, even once you factored in his value at the time.

GM: Dave Gettleman

HC: Mike Zimmer

OC: Norv Turner

DC: Sean McDermott

ST: Bobby April or Dave Toub (April is more likely to be available)

I simply dont understand why anyone would promote MIke Zimmer for the Head Coach positon for the Panthers.
Let's take a look:

Dallas Cowboy DC from 200-2006. A total of four 5 or 6 win season during his tenure.
Atlanta Falcon DC one year, 2007. A total of 4 wins.
Cincinnati Bengals from 2008 to Present. A total of two 4 win seasons.
A Mike Zimmer DC lead team has never won a PLayoff Game in the NFL. Ever.

No thanks. We dont need more mediocrity.

Look at how his defenses performed in those cities. Then tell me how a team's overall record is a direct product of their DC.

I do want someone from with a winning background, but Zimmer is one of my exceptions.

GM: Marc Ross

HC: David Shaw

OC: Ken Whisenhunt

DC: Kris Richard (This guy helped make a Canadian football player and a 5th round draft pick into the two best corners in the league. Plus Seattle probably has the best all around secondary in the league.)

Im getting more and more on the Marc Ross bandwagon everyday now. A Giants model for the direction of this franchise is a good one. I believe he is easily the most skilled option on the table. I really hope we get him above all else. Like im praying for this
