@ 1:39 "Provided that Ron Rivera's gunna finish this season out strong, you know I think he'd have a chance to basically bring in somebody to work with"

WTF? Ron Rivera is the GM now? This video is stupid.

Not buying it.

What GM worth a crap would want to come here without being able to hire his own guy?

(assuming there even is a head coach opening, which there may not be)

Oh look it's Nolan Nawrocki, the guy that said cam had a fake smile and was a fake person. He's the senior editor that was hard at work with 'inside' sources getting information about this matter... Yup, totally legit.

It's Rayzor's fault.

makes sense.

cam is the prototype QB for his offense and cam thrived under a very similar system/offensive style.

i'd love it.

If, after going to the trouble of hiring a consultant to make sure we hired the right GM, we then cut that GM's legs out from under him by hiring a head coach without him having any say in the hiring, I would unapologetically call this franchise the stupidest organization in the NFL.

But, can that system/offensive style be successful in the NFL? That is the real question.

I'm all for experimenting, but if it fails, it could set us back a long way in terms of rebuilding.

I think Chip is smart/versatile enough to be able to alter his system enough for the NFL.

Either way, there is more to being a great NFL coach than a system.
