Yeah, there were a lot of assumptions. Regardless of the source, the audio is clearly there. It got there somehow, Whether it was by someone near a police car with it's mic turned on and it got picked up, someone talking on the same channel, or otherwise. It's there.

it's not clearly there. that may be the best you can make of it but as someone who works with audio for a living... it's most definitely not "clearly there."

It's pretty clear what is said. Even at full speed.

Actually, it's not very clear at all ... a whisper.

It's at a lower volume but it's not a whisper. Turn your sound up. It's fully audible.

you seriously believe that a team of professional killers would use public airwaves and the perps first name while ordering his execution?

are you high? or do you think the intarwebz is that much smarter than world class operators?

I saw someone else claim that it said "Aim for Lanza's eyes" which it sort of does, but only when slowed down 30x.

I don't believe anything. I just look at what's there. The audio is there. There's a lot of ways it could have gotten there. The team of "professional killers" could have been operating back and forth between frequencies and the person in question mistakenly broadcast over the wrong one. It was picked up by a close by open mic, IE someone talking into a mic behind a police officer with his open channel mic open.

I don't know how it's there, but arguing that it's can't be what it appears because it's unfathomable to you, isn't really a sound argument. It doesn't erase the fact that it exists.

volume was up as loud as it would go. clearly lower than other transmissions, as close to a whisper as possible. actually, sounds like one of the manipulated "EVP" voices on Ghost Hunters.

you think a spec-ops team would broadcast over public channels without using any code? You think they'd literally use the perp's first name to identify him? maybe in a movie.

police scanners and walkie-talkies don't operate on the same frequencies. you wouldn't accidentally pick one up while listening to the other.

800mhz is what pro radios run on. Often times, and I speak from personal experience, you can and do get "bleed over" from other transmissions even not on the same frequency.

Most of the time it seemed like some one on a two way was in the vicinity. Can't be totally sure though
