I can also speak on Norman because I the school that I'm an assistant at was the rival school's of Norman.

In college, Norman played the same way; he was chippy, finished off hits but never overly physical. His lack of "burst" if you will; didn't allow Norman to play up on receivers because he couldn't catch up on deep routes. However he has gotten a lot better at keeping receivers in front of him and he is phenomenal back peddler (make sure you keep an eye out for that).

By the way we torched Norman when we played them two years ago lol. I believe Chris Summers (who is now on the Vikings practice squad had 5 receptions for 83 yards against Josh.

Off topic but do y'all still have that awful turf? We played you guys back in 95 or 96 and you had that sand turf. Stuff was horrible.

Lol it's different but it's still turf. It's pretty new but it still has those black pellets in the artificial turf (apparently it makes the grass stand up but I don't know lol).

We're actually working on upgrading our stadium so we can finally jump to the FBS but I went to Coastal this past year when you guys wooped up on us and even though the whether was nasty (I believe the hurricane had just hit) it was still a fun trip and yalls new basketball arena is really nice.

I'm talking back in 1996. I played at WCU (back when WCU was decent) and y'all were ranked in the top 15. We came up and won 20-10 but my ankles hurt for a week after because of the lumpy sand turf. It was basically carpet over a sandbox. Liberty had a LB that ran like a 4.4 forty, I couldn't get my hands on him the whole game lol.

Oh okay, no the sand turf is gone. I don't if this is true but apparently we use the same kind of turf that the dome teams use now.

This stadium has really come a long ways, I was told that we are eventually going to expand the student side but we are currently working on a new library, a new football practice stadium (outdoor and indoor), and a new baseball stadium. To be honest there is too much construction going on, on campus anyway.
