As much as I'd like to pick either Star or Joeckel, the fact remains we won our way out of contention for either, which is fine by me.

I'm too gun-shy of trading up anymore, thanks to Hurney Magic. No, stick with what we have... who we do draft may just end up surprising us all in the long run.

Jonathan Jenkins is just as good as Star and with some NFL conditioning will be just as fast. He plays lower and shows better hands to shake blockers. He has played in major conference against major comp all four years.

He's a guy I like a lot but I Dno if he's top15 worthy. Even though we need a NT, I like Sheldon Richarson more than the rest of the DTs after Star and Hankins. These MIZZOU guys are starting to impact the game.

I agree. Keep our picks. We know we are without our 3rd and 7th plus either our 5th or 6th we gave up for Murphy.

For about the 20th time, the only picks we don't have this year are our 3rd and whatever we have to give up for Murphy, probably 7th or 6th. Colin Jones was for a 2014 7th. We didn't trade any other picks away. We have every pick except our 3rd and either 7th or 6th (probably 7th if it's performance based).

Lotulelei looks to be a top five pick. To trade up to get him, we are looking at multiple picks including a first next year. Yet all in all, you shouldn't trade up unless you have more than seven draft picks in a draft. Teams like the Patriots can trade up because they have a billion picks every year. Yet if you are like us, who barely have 5 picks in the draft, it's a loser mentality to trade away more than you can spare.

It's too unrealistic to trade up for Star says the guy who makes the most unfeasible mock offseasons of all time

Hahaha that was your big list of players? You can pretty much do what you just did with any SEC school.

Not impressed by that list whatsoever.

No. I don't think there is a single player worth trading up for. While I do think there is a drop off from Star to Hankins it's not big enough to give up whatever it would take to jump up and get him.

If you trade up in the top 15 he has to be a special talent.

Aldon Smith, Justin Smith, Sean Weatherspoon, and William Moore are some of the better talents at their position just saying.

Chuck is right, Mizzou has produced some pretty good defensive players in recent history.

Never said they were big. I said Mizzou have been a pretty good program as of late sending players into the league. Some members on here tend to believe that with me. Bet you didnt even know these players I listed came out of Mizzou. You cant ever admit your wrong. Im not impressed by your opinion also. Say what you want.

Oh so I'm wrong because two kids that hangout in the draft forum too much agree with each other lol?

There's nothing to be wrong about, I wasn't wrong. You tried to make it sound like mizzou has been pumping out elite defensive prospects especially over the last couple of years, and they haven't, at all.

Don't even try to make yourself seem like the smarter one here chuck. I watched every single one of the players you listed play in college, unlike you who just Wikipedia'd famous Missouri players, so don't even go there rookie.

News flash for you and CP8789, schools from the SEC will produce a handful of average prospects in the NFL. It ain't just mizzou, matter fact they aren't even one of the better teams at doing so.

Totally missing my point. Please leave the draft talk to the big boys.
