an announcer shouldn't make it miserable for someone to watch a game. He needs to be fired. Never will think of him in a good way again

Hard to make a meaningless game with no excitement into something it's not.

Yep pretty disappointing as a fan to listen to that trash. More so that it came from a guy responsible for one of the most memorable plays in franchise history.

Haha I was at my parents house so the TV was on mute and jazzy christmas music was on in the background. Made for a much more relaxing game it seems

I'm usually happy after a win but that poo was just painful to watch. What did the team do to Steve to piss him off at us so much?

Seifert cut him for Jeff Lewis in '01. Thats all I can figure.

We cut him when he was playing well. Also he was doing our preseason games for awhile and that stopped so maybe there is something there. you know, there was a picture posted to the panthers facebook of cam talking to steve and he was slouching in a small, probably uncomfortable chair.
