clearly luke

beason has proven he can play OLB. if we have to keep him for his salary, make him the best OLB in the league paired with the best MLB in the league.

Not exactly Keeks had a probowl season but I don't know about all pro, beason before this season I would have said was our best defensive player on the team, if TD has taught us anything it's not to just write off a player because he's injured.

Beason our best true leader on the entire team.

As for Beason, if he does start it would have to be at SLB, a spot he has never played with us.

Does no one else remember Beason at OLB during the 2010 seaason? He looked exactly like Kuechly did this year - out if his natural position. There is a major dropoff from MLB Beason to OLB Beason, and when considered along with the contract it's a more fluid situation than it seems.
