my main problem with the webz debates is our patience is lowered and our e confidence/arrogance rises.

when you can actually sit down and talk/debate with someone over a beer or three and see the body language and facial exp<b></b>ressions, then you make some headway.

not saying people can't change their mind on things on fb or the huddle but it's hard with the keyboard vacum going on.

Funny and mostly true. I will say that conversations in the distant past on huddle in the Tinderbox has definitely changed my opinion on several issues, it was one of the many threads pulled. I remember Delhommey questioning me on why I thought abortion was wrong and when it came down to it, my deep seated belief was that it was wrong because the Bible said so. Then he pointed out the Bible never actually said that which he was right on again. (thats a watered downed shortened version of what went down but a general idea)
