Look pretty good tonight.
Never seen him till today. I thought that he's a pretty good route runner. That perfect slot receiver.

Drafter Vernon in the 5th and cut Pilares.

I'd take him in a damn minute. He's quick, has great hands and runs impeccable routes. To me he seems like a shorter D, Jarrett on terms of skillset.

Also, you know he's got the brains to pick up the offense. I don't see him as an elite WR prospect, but he could be a good slot guy, or someone to move the chains.
