While the subject of who is our next gm and should we get a new HC has been beaten to death I just thought I should post this let you guys take a read and see your thoughts on it.

I would be ok with Chip Kelly as head coach because I think he would make this offense a powerhouse with a qb like Cam.I think Cam would thrive in the No huddle up-tempo offense.

I wouldn't hire him though if he wants power and control as gm also.

I think this defense goes to complete poo if we hire kelly. Unless we bring in a proven former head coach as dc.

What type of dcs are out there though? Rex Ryan assuming he gets canned is the only one that comes to mind.

If we hire Kelly, Ron Rivera will be available. I hear he is a pretty good DC

Yeah there's no way Ron takes a lesser job at the same team who just fired him

Rivera's not going anywhere unless he literally takes a dump in the middle of the field this Sunday.

I don't think anyone would offer a former HC a coordinator spot unless there was some very specific circumstance that caused the demotion (I don't know what it would even be - health or something?) because it could create huge leadership problems in the lockerroom I think.

A collaboration between Chip Kelly and a first-time general manager like Marc Ross could have a dynastic effect on the Carolina Panthers organization; the perfect blend of mad-capped creativity on both the offensive, and scouting side.

Could Kelly in his wildest fantasies design a more perfect quarterback for his system than Carolina's Cam Newton?

Do you give RR a 3rd year to fail and possibly miss out on the perfect storm?
