Draft order tiebreakers are different from season record tiebreakers and in spite of sweeping the Saints this year and having the same record they have to pick behind us
Tampa is 13, were 14 and the Saints are 15.
Heres the most up to date draft order.

Plus the teams picking ahead of us dont have pressing needs other than WR other than Miami and if they win we pick ahead of them

If Allen is seen as the best receiver, he will be gone before 15th. Plus he has the combine to show he's healed up from whatever injury he has. (Plus pro days and so forth)
