Owner, Management, Coaches and Players.
The owner aint going anywhere, we have a fistful of untouchable Players.
That's it.

Just look in awe at how terrible that is.
Imagine if we had Drafted Gabbert how bad that 2011 draft could have been. Cam is the only thing saving that.
and 2009....*face palm*

The guy is gone and he isn't coming back. We need to move on already.

What's hilarious is in the past some said don't draft a Franchise QB because the previous Coaching Staff was incapable of developing one.
But now they're really smart.

To suck as bad as we have for 7 years (Our last Playoff win) is truly a team effort.

john fox was a problem. not the problem.

I think AFC West should be mentioned at some point during this conversation.

Get over Fox people. He's not coming back. If you don't think he was a problem, you're a complete moron.

to be fair, 2009 was a terrible draft in general
That draft is when he should have been fuging fired in the first place.

But he's not with the Panthers anymore, so I couldn't care less.
All the bridges were burned in 2010. There was no going back after that season.

Fox makes the Playoffs 3 times in 9 years in Carolina, meaning 6 years he whiffed despite the QB.
But he's brilliant in Denver because he took a stooge led by the hand of God to the Playoffs at Mile High.
Fox is a mediocre coach at best. Since leaving Charlotte he has had the Golden Horseshoe firmly embedded in his ass.

Yea I remember actually they said we dont' need to "waste" 1st round picks on a QB.
Me and you were involved in those discussions talking about how we should and how all the current SB champions(at that time) were 1st and 2nd rounders. And that is true historically as well.

It's either the GM or the owner. I think it's mainly the owner for the record.
Next year might go a long way toward answering that question.
I'm still leaning toward GM at the moment.
If he screws up the GM hire, then I'll be convinced the other way.

I think Foxy wins his ring this year.
