How can we be 2nd if the Bucs beat us twice? And we're both 3-3 in the division?
Is it because they are 4-8 in the NFC and the Panthers are 5-7 in the NFC? Is conference record the first tie-breaker?

technically they can't be second since the saints beat them twice and they both have the same div record.
