It was a joke.

As is the idea that thug is a replacement for an actual racial slur.

That said if it offends you I will delete it.

I realize that it's a joke and you can leave it but it definately has become the n-word replacement

last time job responsibilities were brought up around here i heard a lot of "you took the job you knew what you were getting into deal with it or quit"

strangely, this doesn't seem to apply to servers

I don't hear anyone complaining about their work load.

Just pointing out that there are huge differences in Ruby Tuesdays, and The Angus Barn, and you have to pay for those differences not just on the food, but also on the tip.
