Sounds like a beautiful thing to me but I cannot find any sources other than the Huddle that makes Norv coming here even an outside possibility.
Does Norv respect Chico so much that he would go from being his boss to his underling in 2 years?

I am not sure I would define it a beautiful thing.. I thought it as a joke if Norv Turner worked under Rivera.. I do not like Norv Turner he sucked as a coach for the Redskins and sucked with the Chargers he ran both teams to the ground.. Do not want.. Keep what we have for one more year.. its a rebuilding process.. a new coach will start it all over again

I'm not buying this right now.

There is a huge difference between speculation (what you find on the Huddle) and rumors (typically from media guys that presumably have access to front offices).

I have not seen any "rumors" of Norv to Carolina.

I do remember him being with the Boys now that you mention it that was .. hopefully that was with Aikman that would make me feel better cuz he has sucked as a head coach since then.. maybe he is suited better as an OC.. just not sold on him

I have heard people such as myself say that I would like to have Norv as an OC with his son at the OQC but I haven't seen any reports of this even being discussed.

This was all me... It's my conspiracy. And I think it will come true. I have no proof, no link...mits my fault that this has permeated this board. I hope that I'm right too!
