Just curious....please explain the logic of wanting Beane to remain GM if Rivera is fired.


Edit: I'm assuming youre keeping Beane for financial GM duties and giving Chip Kelly full personnel control?

To the other poster who claims McDermott isn't that good... Do you realize that our defense ranked 10th overall... And he did that with a hodge podge secondary? And Beason and Gamble and others on IR?

terrible-ass gutted 2011 defense to top ten (while gutted) 2012 defense. i don't think mcdermott is as bad as advertised.
