I would cancel the meeting and do whatever it took to have Ross signed by the end of the day.

"ron, if the team is .500 or below at any point in the season, or if you lose back to back games...you're fired."

If we are going to give him ultimatums like these, we better have an interim in mind before we start the season.

Ron, you have next year to prove that you know what you're doing. We've seen a top 10 offense and defense so the expectations are high. If we don't have a winning record next year and a real shot at the post season I'll help you pack your bags after the last game.

Stop with this college crap on offense and lets get going before I f#cking die!

Yep. Otherwise we're stuck with Goober until the 2014 season because "WHO WILL RUN TEH PRACTICES?!"

The only question to ask is..

Why should you get another year at HC?

What's a satisfactory answer is up to JR.

If we are going to give him ultimatums like these, we better have an interim in mind before we start the season.

we shouldn't have allowed him to put together a staff without HC experience to begin with.

one of the conditions of him staying is that he has to let someone on his staff go and replace them with someone who has HC experience who would then take his place if rivera failed was failing to get the team winning.

the line has to be drawn somewhere. losing can not be accepted anymore.

If I could take over Jerry Richards soul, I would do panthers nation a favor... I'd head over to Hyatt Gun, buy the most expensive .45 caliber hand gun they had and a single bullet then proceed home and shoot myself in the head after writing a letter apologizing to the fans for being such a bad owner for so long.

He asked what I would do if I were JR...
