Not sure how any of that would have been lost if the unexplained blood on his hands wasn't there.

i'm pretty sure you see him cut his hand during the scene

Brilliant brilliant film. Tarantino is a true master of filmmaking and storytelling. The movie is damn near three hours long, but still I wanted the story to keep going. There is never a dull moment, and that in itself is impressive in a film with a running time of 2 hour 45 min.

Great performances throughout, but especially Fox and Jackson. Tarantino will have you cringing from the brutality one second, and laughing out loud the next minute. This is not by accident. Tarantino knows how to keep the audience while putting a real light on the horrors of the pre-civil war south. It's one of those rare movies for me that I plan on seeing at least one more time in the theater.

True Romance has always been one of my favorites. Django was a great movie, just not his very best.

True Romance was directed by Tony Scott. Tarantino only wrote that one.

Ah, good to know. I always thought otherwise.

Yeah I thought the same for a long time. Great movie, would be cool to see how QT would have done it differently.

speaking of QT's writings. he did some touch up in the film Crimson Tide. next time you watch pay attention to a little debate on the sub and it's clear who wrote it.

Thought it was pretty dam good, very entertaining. My girl liked it and she's really not into those kinds of movies.

Also thought the soundtrack was spot on. Tarantino's usually are.

Here's a taste.

btw Bruce Dern man, that look. Classic.

I found it to be overrated. It was a good movie but far from great the way it has been protrayed. The performance were great however. I thought that Leo and Jaskson should have both been nominated in addition to Waltz.

Inglorious Basterds was far superior though.

Tarantino getting upset in a recent interview when asked about violence in movies.
