Most coaches aren't good their first couple years of coaching
You can't convince the haters. I wonder sometimes why they are even fans of the Panthers.

Want me to run a comparison of how many turned it around after being horrible for 2 years versus how many just weren't good coaches?
Hint: One is much greater than the other

Rivera was good when he got a fire lit under his ass. It will still be lit game 1 of next year. Happy Rivera got the Job.
Maybe if we hire beane he will be Rivera's Puppet. Rivera pretty much makes personel decisions, and if he fails, he along with beane will be out.
Just like Fox and Hurney. Oh wait.
Richardson's just buying additional scapegoats so people won't see his failure.

Yep. We likely eliminated any top tier candidates once we made it known that the owner will be making decisions on his staff.
Almost every team with a GM vacancy has handled the HC separately. KC hired a coach, Cleveland is hiring Kelly, Jax has a coach, Jets have a coach. I've said it several times, if a "top tier" GM demands to pick their own staff, their choices are Cardinals or Chargers. That's it. We haven't eliminated anyone unless they'd rather take over one of those poo-shows.

someone did that already.Want me to run a comparison of how many turned it around after being horrible for 2 years versus how many just weren't good coaches?

it was as expected. most coaches who fail their first couple years find they are pretty good at it and never get it turned around.

Says staff shakeup is a possibility, but not definite.

if we had a winning team/coach i could see saying that the coach was off limits. if he was running a successful program it would make sense.Almost every team with a GM vacancy has handled the HC separately. KC hired a coach, Cleveland is hiring Kelly, Jax has a coach, Jets have a coach. I've said it several times, if a "top tier" GM demands to pick their own staff, their choices are Cardinals or Chargers. That's it. this team does nothing but not succeed.

Lol, really? In the last decade please, the game has definitely changed since then. And even if it hadn't those are Hall of Fame HCs. I can name you 10x maybe as much HCs in the same time period who had epic fails.

it's a shame they didn't show it until december when their coach was in danger of losing his job.Jonathan Jones describes the support Rivera had from the players as "overwhelming".

they may like their coach, but i don't know that he's capable of pulling the best out of them unless his job is on the line.

KC knew they were going after Reid who was always going to want control over everything and bring in his own GM. Cleveland has been ran secretly (Not really a secret) By Lombardi and he's leaving the NFL network to take the job as GM. Kelly is his guy.
If Gamble gets the job in NY, he's got permission to fire Ryan at any time. It's the reason Ryan wasn't involved in the search. Gamble is most likely firing Ryan...

First reported by Patty Y that the Panther's might shake up the staff, but no Coordinators would be involved.
