Hurney's flaw was he built a roster for a different coach. That made big contracts....big bad ones.

I can live with Rivera... I am more worried about the fact that JR is running the show... I had hoped he knew better after Hurney but I guess the next GM is the one who is a yes man.

In fairness, if you don't give Cam and RR 3 yrs....you simply won't know what you could have.

RR is like Cam...growing. You don't want to do the initial work on your watch and let him bloom elsewhere.

Could be the reason why it looks like we're going with the older Gettleman instead of Ross.

2-12 in games decided by a TD. This speaks volumes on Rivera and this coaching staff. With our schedule next year, we need to turn this around.

Again I want the team to do well, heck I want Rivera ans co. to do well, but they haven't shown much to indicate that they are going to pan out. This whole GM situation just makes the outlook even more bleak.

No panic here, I was just hoping that JR had changed with the Accorsi hire. Him deciding RR fate makes it seem like nothing really changed and that Accorsi's job was to find JR a nice resumed candidate that would still be a yes sire type of guy.
