It was a good decision

However I do find it funny that JR hired (and payed) Accorsi to find a GM that happened to already be on the staff.

A Beane, a Brandon Beane

Beane magic!!!

Oh, I do, very much so.

Well, you have to also quote the rest of my post.

As long as the GM puts Rivera talent on the roster instead of handicapping things by overpaying Fox talent

So we keep the coach that "likes where we are right now" and wants other teams "to systematicly beat us". Great! Off in Jan. 2014 again.

I am ok with this. I just hope they staff doesnt go back to full retard, get all gimicky, and start horribly next season. The Panthers need to come out of the gate and start strong. I much rather have Rivera than starting over with another cooridinator or college HC and see if they are any good.

I think it would be less of #beanemagic and more of #beanetragic

Great News #PantherNation #KeepPounding “@AdamSchefter: Ron Rivera is returning to Panthers.”

As expected, the players like this decision.

Joe Person.. "Brandon Beane heavily in the mix for GM spot." Looks like the Rams just gained one more fan.

Strike 3 and you're out. I want to compete, dammit! Is that so much to ask?!

Should always remember....Belichick is regarded as the best coach in the NFL for years now. Just like players, coaches grow and evolve.

There is positive with RR. Built a top 10 D with no secondary and weak DTs.

Forward thinking with his offense
