A play or two away this year from resembling Gary Kubiak's record...but I'm with you. I'm not a fan of RR, but he's the coach, and i'm gonna support this team one way or another. I just hope we shore up our problems earlier next year which will undoubtedly equate to a playoff berth.

There's only 3 caoches on that list that are actually on their 3rd year?

Both were able to make a run the same year they drafted a QB.

In almost every case the major improvement was due to a new QB. We already have our QB and can't use that as an excuse or expect it to start winning us significantly more games by itself.
