Don't knock Hockey unless you've been to a game. It's riveting from puck drop to the end.

I agree. Are there 32 teams? If so just do the playoffs. Everyone is 7 game series. Let it go for two months and be done. Sure some teams only play four games, but maybe they shouldnt suck

Really though, this might be a good year to jump on the 'Canes bandwagon - especially for casual hockey fans that don't have a team to root for. They made a lot of big time moves during the off season that could put them near the cup finals.
