all i know is i kinda like winning games and going to the playoffs. if you make a comparison of any other qb to Cam you get well yeah but that team has a good d or they have AP or they have a nice stadium or whatever. stop with the excuses.
so are we to just assume that every team that doesn't make the playoffs for any reason should just "quit whining" and blame it on the quarterback then?

And saying "I dont like Luck because the media praises him all the time" is admitting that you let the media influence your opinion. Just mute the TV if it annoys you that much.
Luck is a slightly below average NFL QB. Which happens to be really fuging good for a rookie

not all. my point is within the context of this thread, guys are minimizing what Luck has done. i'm merely pointing out that then if that's the case, you must be satisfied with NOT going to the playoffs.
think about how dumb we look as a fan base. we have multiple threads dogging Luck or RG3 or Wilson and yet....they...are in the playoffs. last time i checked that was the ultimate goal of each team in Aug. unless we are content with stats like fantasy nerds, well then we should be happy each year.
we even had one guy in here saying the Colts were behind BECAUSE of Luck.lol. are you serious?
i don't care if Cam ever goes to another Pro Bowl or gets the credit he should as long as we just win. thats all that matters.

If Indy WRs are below average....so were Cam's. He did it with less attempts
fewer attempts.. I keep hearing that
I will agree that the receivers are about the same, and stats don't lie as far as attempts go.
However, the difference here and what helped Cam a bunch is his athletic ability and his backfield support. The ability the likes of which Luck can only dream of and Double trouble to the tune of 50 million dollars (give or take)
so the fug what if it was fewer attempts. I am not comparing the two. Cam's record is gone none the less and Luck had a FANTASTIC rookie year.
why are you people so insecure that you cannot admit such a commonly known and simply understood fact?
get the fug over yourselves. Cam is better IMHO but Luck is very good.

I've always said that Luck being hyped is a race thing and I still believe that. There's absolutely no reason why Luck should be viewed in a better light than guys like Cam/RG3.

I don't give a poo about the record. Records fall all the time. But with all records you look at the new guy and compare the differences. Like Dickerson and OJ's rushing seasons....people can beat them but it is always worth noting they put the numbers up in 14 games.fewer attempts.. I keep hearing that

Luck is supposedly just as athletic, and our RBs have been laughable through Cam's career. You're literally diminishing what Cam has done to make Luck look better.

The guy threw for well over 4000 yards and 23 TDs carrying the full load of the offense with little running game to help. The guy averaged almost 40 attempts per game as a rookie. That's absurd.
You're just hatin'.
Last year when Cam had 21 passing TDs and 17 ints it was noted by all the "experts" that that was very weak and just a sign on how much he would need to improve AS A PASSER.
Oh, by the way, Cam's "low" 60% completion rate last year was ANOTHER sigh by all the "experts" about how much he needed to improve AS A PASSER.
Andrew Luck this year has had 23 passing TDs and 18 ints with a 54% completion rate and you and the "experts" can't seem to get off of his knob.

diminishing? no.
I am a fan of Cam first and foremost. I'm just pointing out how ridiculous you insecure bastards are by stating commonly known facts. Even you ignorant morons should understand that Cam is more athletic than Luck (come the f-ck on already) and that our backfield is MUCH better than anything luck has ever had.
Even if everything else was equal this is enough to validate his accomplishments.
Stop trying to project on me what you are doing because this entire moronic thread is about tearing down what Luck has accomplished. It takes a real f-cking idiot to try to turn it around now that someone has cast a little light on your butt-hurt complaining over lack of media-hype or whatever the f-ck you idiots are whining about today.
