How exactly do people get fat?

A gallon of chickpeas would make your stomach explode from all the fiber! lol

I ate too many chickpeas once, it was not a fun day!

What else are you eating?

for dinner: fish twice a week, chicken once a week. Some kind of beef dish like tacos usually, breakfast dinner. Usually a grain. Rice, rice/lentil mix, quinoa. Green vegetables.

Rarely do I get 1000 calories out of a meal.

for lunch: leftovers from dinners, usually.

breakfast: usually bagels with cream cheese

weightlifting forums will tell you to limit cardio, if you are doing that.

The above looks ok, since you dont want to get fat. Just eat more of them.

Does sex count? If so, I got in about 3 1/2 minutes of cardio yesterday.

Jase..you're eating like you're trying to lose weight...you're going to have to endure those protein shakes if you really want to gain. Eat high calorie snacks..eat two bagles instead of one... how often are you working out now? Like Catfang said..limit your cardio and lift more

Just follow the fat guy diet, it was extremely effective for me.

Breakfast- It must be a biscuit from any drive thru, and it must have a meat and cheese. Wash it down with a Large soda

Lunch- It must be anything from a drive thru with meat and cheese. Wash it down with a Large soda

Dinner- It must be 2 anythings from a drive thru with meat and double cheese. Wash it down with a Large soda

Snack- At LEAST half of the container of whatever you're having. (ice cream, cookies, cake, candy)

You can thank me in 40 lbs.

start smoking...then stop....I gained 5 lbs from that...it's a start!

drink more beer or wine!!
