Still haven't seen any of those (minus Chronicle - which I also enjoyed).

Right now I'd have:

Looper
Moonrise Kingdom
Life of Pi
Skyfall
Paranorman

(Still haven't seen Argo, Lincoln, Silver Lining's Playbook, Zero Dark Thirty along with the ones that you mentioned)

Pitch Perfect takes best comedy as well.

Definitely gotta see Django and End of Watch, and Beasts is definitely a hate or love sort of movie, so I'd recommend reading up on it to see if you wanna check it out.

I plan on watching Moonrise, Pi, Paranorman, and Pitch Perfect at some point, along with like 10 other 2012 movies haha.

I haven't watched Looper but have been wanting to. I am not sure Joseph Gordon-Levitt can be in a movie that I wouldn't like.

Thought it was just OK. Saw it last night, and I was drunk, but it didn't really do anything for me.

I haven't commented more because I saw some people in the thread haven't seen it yet, so I don't wanna get into the details with a spoiler alert.

It ended the only way it really could have, and that obviousness sort of distracted me for the second half of the movie.

i just like wes' specificity. maybe its because of all the weed i smoked growing up but certain intense things or details of things intrigue me.
maybe thats why i love solving insane issues at work.
