Anybody that wants Rob Ryan as the Panther's DC is fuging stupid. He and would Rivera would clash so hard over the defense. Not to mention Rivera is a better defensive coach than both Ryan's and that is a fact.

What I have to say is...

Head coaches need to start taking control over what they know and stop relying on a fall guy. If you're a former DC, and you're the HC, control the defense. To me McDermott is useless. That's just more money that's not necessary

Same goes with offense and OC/HC

rob ryan as the new LB's coach? he had success in that position from 00-03.. may not get a DC opportunity but ya never know

No, just no. Ryan is a totally different person than he was then and wants way more control than LB coach.
