The total lack of respect by fans of the team for Jerry Richardson.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the reason this forum exists today is not because the the all powerful Zod, as mighty as he may be he was not the person who brought the NFL franchise to Charlotte and the Carolinas. Without Mr. Richardson we would all be either Redskins fans or worse yet Falcons fans without a team of our own.

Show the man the respect that he deserves he's the reason we are all Panthers fans today and have a team.

I love Jerry Richardson, but he is not above criticism.

(Also, I seriously doubt we would've gone without an NFL team much longer. Bob McNair grew up in North Carolina, constantly donates to my hometown, and would've most likely brought an NFL franchise to Charlotte had JR not.)
