Osi wants a contract extension like every other year and whines more than a child (I swear he's been begging to be traded every year since '09). Talented pass rushers but no thanks.

I could certainly see Nicks happening. NC ties and I do believe he has commented on the possibility before.

Gettleman's got a lot of pro personnel background, so it's hard to imagine he'd ignore free agency as Panthers have tended to do.

I'd like to see him try and create a new identity here and not leach off of one particularly team. In other words, have him do his damn job. Find players that fit the mold and go after them.
Rivera bringing in all those Chargers players annoyed the hell out of me. Told me that he was uncomfortable in his position and needed familiarity.
