Can't teach speed. AE is slow. Pilares doest have world class speed, but he's faster than AE.

Sounds good, though I was thinking if Wannstedt came in as LB coach (a rumored possibility) he would be Asst Head Coach. I think having someone with prior HC experience would be good for Rivera
