Gettleman was basically in a retirement role for the Giants before the Panthers just hired him.Shelmon's retired. Joiner's in limbo (was our WR coach under Norv) . Joiner would be a good retention candidate under a new staff.

Would like John Ramsdell more than Joiner, but I could see Joiner.
Depending on how the chips fall with the new staff, Joiner could be yours at WR. Wasn't WR one of the position coaches fired?

Ramsdell for OC and Joiner for WR is definitely a combo I could get behind.

Shelmon was more an OC in title only. Supposedly Chud had more say in the offense after Norv.
Chud had a ton of say in Sd. Helped with playbook, play calling.
