I too want to wait until the 2nd round to pick, my only concern is if the draft goes on a WR run late 1st - early 2nd. I could see 4-6 WR's going during a stretch and then we are left without a dance partner. I personally want to go with Warmack or Rhodes/Banks at 14, because I believe Fisher and Milliner will be gone. I agree that the depth at WR is pretty solid this year, I just fear that there won't be one in that cluster of top WR's when we select at 44.

Good list Ogletree would fit nicely,
Braylon Edwards a bit expensive
Other steve smith is pretty dam good to
Amendola is to breakable still a bad ass playing with broken bones
Bowe would leave KC's trainwreck to play with newton would cost a crapload i'm guessing
Jennings maybe
Cribbs has no QB,He would be good here
Mike Wallace woudn't leave his team
Percy harvin would be aok in carolina.

Take a WR in the 4th and hope it turns out to be brandon marshall?

WR is nowhere near as big a concern as Oline is so I'm not really worried about it. Right now I'm fine with Lafell as the number 2 (third receiving option behind smith and olsen) and Murphy/Gettis at 3/4 isn't the worst thing in the world. I think our best route down the line with Cam is to let him marinate and figure out what he likes in receivers and let him convey that to our GM and coaching staff, then draft guys with those attributes. Kind of like what Manning did with Pierre Garcon and Austin Collie.

but you forgot to mention that Reggie Wayne was a 1st rounder, that was also on that team. this teams needs to add another WR early

WR has been a need for just as long as any position.

We have a lot of needs that must be addressed. That's why I'm concerned about our ability to really deal with WR, but I think we've got to find a way to do something about that position as well.
