Meh we have great depth at tailback so if we take one at all it's later or udfa. Though I guess it wouldn't stop people coming out and saying dumb poo like er ma gerd gio in the 2nd amirite?

I am always concerned with off-season surgery on a running back's legs, knees or ankles. How many times have we had a guy get surgery which we assumed was no big deal only to have it linger much longer than expected. Or they start playing and they need another minor procedure which drags on through the season.

I'd rather pay the money on a stout offensive line that would make a 7th round rookie RB look great.

The more think about this situation the more i think that Stewart should have never been resigned, D Will got his contract first so we should have just took our chances with him. Tolbert is not a big drop off from Stewart.

If not we can just go to the grocery store and get one of the guys working there to play RB.

Not an uncommon story in today's NFL.

Yeah thats why you dont let a fan of the players be the gm. Of course we cried re-sign williams re-sign stewart in reality we should offer them both low offers and if they walked they walked. Spend money on qb and upfront.
