This one's over. Don't see any second half comeback like Seattle here. I hate the fuging Patriots.

Why do refs simply refuse to throw flags against the home team in New England? Pretty blatant offensive PI on Welker, but then, he is a relatively undersized white guy who can run....

... so I guess I answered my own question.

This is just a set up for Sugar Ray and the Rayvens to come in next week and finally beat the poo out of the Patriots and go to the Superbowl.

Best way to slow up New England: bust up Tom Brady. Take a couple penalties if necessary, but you gotta lay the lumber to the guy.

schaub sucks

Yep, I've always said that he's the main thing holding the Texans back. He's an average NFL starting QB. IMO, he's your worst nightmare. At least if your QB sucks you know it and you're trying to find a QB. A guy like Schaub is just good enough to make you think you might have your guy, but I don't think he's good enough to get you a ring.

Matt Shaub and the Texans are quickly becoming what the Falcons were until today. Good, but not good enough.

Well... Houston is pretty much stuck with him...

9/9/2012: Signed a five-year, $66.15 million contract. The deal contains $29.15 million guaranteed -- a $17.5 million signing bonus and Schaub's base salaries in years one and two.

2012: $4.4 million

2013: $7.25 million

2014: $10 million (+ $1 million in per-game roster bonuses)

2015: $12.5 million (+ $1 million in per-game roster bonuses)

2016: $14.5 million (+ $1 million in per-game roster bonuses)

2017: Free Agent

Hey look at that, 30 seconds and the Texans are going for it.

Can you do that John Fox?
