If he's willing to come back at a limited price, sure...why not? We don't exactly have money to throw around on backup QBs.

Joking aside, he's one of those guys that could be decent as a "career backup".
He shows flashes in limited action, just doesn't seem cut out to be a full time starter. That's the kind of player that generally works well behind a durable starting QB.
So yeah, I'd be okay with it.

If you Moore homers care about him so much, wouldn't you want him to go somewhere he might get to play?

I don't think he's getting a starting job anywhere.
Wise choice for him would be to choose the best backup job available. You could argue that's here.

He may do much better with Rivera being a California guy as well.
I would prefer Moore over Jimmy any day.
