surprised how open he was about wanting hue and not being impressed with shurmur at all. He didnt say shurmur by name but inferred him a few times

Jackson's offensive style is better suited for Smitty (and way better suited for Newton).

Albert Breer stated that the Panthers wrapped up their interview with Jackson earlier today before interviewing Shurmur.

If Steve Smith wants Hue, Hue will be our new OC.

I figure they'll formally announce this evening or maybe tomorrow morning.

He said Whisenhunt and Hue usually have top 15 offenses, while Shurmur has top 26.

Smitty doesn't really like the thought of Pat Shurmur.

What's to like about limp dick football, I still don't get why we gave him am interview.

God Marc is annoying! Thinks he is important. Just said he would check with NFL Network to see what Smitty's segment would be about. Smitty shut him down saying "he and his agent would wait on what Marc's information." What a poser!

Huh? That sentence made no sense.

Smitty said he would be on NFL Network later this week, but did not know what he would be doing. Marc proceeds to say that he has been on a couple of times and would call his "connection" to get that info for Smitty. Basically Smitty said "Oh, cool. Me and my agent will wait for that info from you." Hope that was clearer.

Smith taking a steady radio gig makes me wonder if he's starting to ponder his post-football options.

To his credit, he managed to keep from punching QCB in the face.

WFNZ host takes issue to Cam's leadership.

Smitty: "Cam is learning, we all have to learn, it's a growing process Steve then goes on to say injuries have played a part in his inability to win games." Losing kalil etc....

Figures he would attack Cam's so called leadership skills and not question the leadership skills of the grown men on the Panthers. And one wonders why this team is where they are at.

Also, seems like these small town media folks get their talking points from the ESPN?NFLN world. Do they even know who Cam really is?
