They've been down grading ever since firing Schotty. Bet they miss having 14 wins in a season now.

schotty was really only a good team builder
couldn't do much else though. Norv got them deeper in the playoffs

You would think the new Bolt GM hired from the Colts would at least bring in Bruce Arians for an interview after his success with Indy this year taking over.
But they signed McCoy and cancelled Arian's visit.
Guess we'll see.

i always got the notion that mccoy was a bit of a schmoozer. i think that helped him almost as much as being able to ride on mcdaniel's, The Golden Calf of Bristol's, and then peyton's coat tails for three years.Well McCoy must have blownTelesco and Spanos away with his interview.
