Unless a coordinator can't find a job elsewhere, he isn't coming to Carolina IMO. I agree, why should he? Why would anybody want to sign on as a coach with a staff that is tinkering on collapse?

I'm willing to bet that we sign from within and find even lower people outside to fill those other positions.

This is the Rivera system we are playing with, so it makes sense to keep it that way with Rivera's guys.

I bet the new GM is frustrated, not being able to run his show but he knew this when he signed on. Richardson wants to get his money out of Rivera, at the expensive of everybody else's future.

Coaches have egos. They'd take the job just to prove that they can do it.

Not only is Rivera on the hot seat we are in salary cap hell meaning we are stuck letting guys go and not signing any to replace except in the draft.
