So he is predicting the Panthers to draft the 7th rated wide receiver as the first wide receiver picked? Talk about a subtle backhand.

That much is obvious.

The joke in the draft is the 10th ranked "wide receiver" is Denard Robinson. I have no doubts that if Hurney was still running the team a 4th and 5th would be gone and he would be taken in the 3rd. He and Armanti could take turns returning kickoffs.
