They will be fun to watch next year. that's for sure.

Something just tells me though that if he keeps the same tempo in practice, etc. , a 53 man roster will get worn down throughout the season. Not to mention if even one of the Eagles' divas opens their mouth, their chemistry could be shot.

Tampa vets were griping about Schiano's practices as the season wore on. A couple were supposedly heard to say the team should send its coaches "back to college".

Ill be interested in seeing how this unfolds, not because I wanted us to get Kelly, exact opposit actually, I want to see if he can adapt his offense to the NFL or not, if it works out he's a game changer if not he's going to fall flat on his face.

I know the panthers gave a route to success without Kelly and that's why I don't want him here, let him be someone else's expirement.

Apprantely Philly made a counter offer that was too juice for Chipper to turn down. Can't wait to hear what the details are.

one thing that may have pulled him was dallas hiring monte to be their DC. the old kiffin had no answer to kelly's offense.

Great hire for the Eagles because it means he'll never end up here. We all win.

Still only a source. Not Kelly himself.

There was never an official statement made that I recall.

How about he was recruiting for Oregon two days ago?

A college recruit tweeted "Chip Kelly left????? He was just at my house two days ago."

Can't wait for Nike to redesign the Eagles' unis in honor of Kelly for 2013. In the words of my Eagles fan friend, I can see them being called the "Sh*tbird" unis.

angry much brah?

Kelly is far from a slam dunk coach, his offense in college was predicated on a system that won't directly translate to the NFL and he has no NFL experience.

Jim harbaugh was a NFL player for 13 years and even made a probowl in 95 on top of all his coaching accomplishments. Pete Carroll had years of coaching and later head coaching expirence before he ever went to USC

Those two guys are the reason why NFL owners are even considering college coaches again after a string of disasters.

Personally I think overall Brian Kelly would be the better of the two Kelly's if he made the jump. I'm just so so on chip

plus he didn't really have that great of a history with duck boosters (he didn't kiss their ass so they thought they could do better than the guy that gave them more wins than any other coach they've had).

He had a great relationship with the only Duck booster that mattered.
